Mindfulness and compassion are human capacities we all have within, they are essential endowments of the human mind-body. Mindfulness and compassion are key building blocks for a good human life, as they bring forth mental health and wellbeing and relational flourishing. When they are weakened our mind turns
distracted, ruminative, in a defensive and threat detecting mode. Mindfulness and compassion are the outmost tools to open and work directly with our mind, emotions and relationships. Discovering our innate capacity for presence, connecting and caring.
The breath, as the foundation of our biology, is both a practical tool for enhancing physical, mental, and emotional resilience and a transformative key to accessing higher awareness and transcendence.
Ancient traditions understood the breath as life force—Prana, Qi—a pulsation that powers the thoughts in our minds and the emotions in our hearts. Modern science now confirms this vital connection: when the breath is scattered, the mind becomes restless, and emotions feel unsettled. Conversely, when the breath flows optimally, the mind clears, focus sharpens, and emotions find harmony.
By awakening the innate wisdom and power of your breath, you unlock a profound pathway to self-discovery, growth, and sustainable success. The breath becomes a guide to resilience, clarity, and balance, empowering you to thrive in all areas of life.
At the Institute for Human Potential, we embrace the breath as a pillar of our work, helping you harness its transformative potential for a calmer mind, a balanced heart, and a life lived to its fullest.
Open to the vast complexity of our fascia as organ of innerness and sensory perception, where heightened performance and awe for life emerge.
Our body is a landscape of possibilities waiting to be experienced. From the ancients to modern scientists, human fascination with developing presence and understanding our perception continues to open pathways to the mysteries of our interiority.
New discoveries of the systems of fascia are revolutionizing the field of anatomy and psychology. Allowing us to explain life closer to how we experience it. Fascia is the site where all systems are unified. It is involved in our brain’s cognition, the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, the fluid flows, all movement processes, the endocrine functions, cell dynamics, and the interplay between our senses and emotions.
The fascia is now considered the largest sensory organ in the human body. It is where we balance our responses to our environments and unify with all of our internal systems. As such, we can tune this dynamic and complex organ to sense, learn, respond and feel most alive!
Developing presence through attentional practices explored through specialized movement, touch, and meditation opens to the complex terrain of the fascia and to the movement of life itself.
We open to greater human potential for connection, performance, dynamic thinking and fuller knowledge and expression of who we are.
We meet ways of being in awe of life itself.
This is where we feel the heart behind the heart.
With this pillar, we embark on informed and qualitative ways of stepping into our full presence with wonder and vitality.

Engaging with lawmakers, officials or institutions to influence policy decisions in favour of structural changes in the area of wellbeing, resilience and human potential.
Camalo’s area of knowledge and practice explores deeply the systems of fascia, as a complex organ of innerness and sensory perception. Enriching our understanding of humanness drives her curiosity. From childbirth to performance, she explores fascia as sites of presence, emotions, memory, empathy, cognition and expression of extraordinary movement — and wonder. This work opens to a wide scope of application and to human potential, revealing all systems of our organism as implied, as dynamic, and as a unified body-mind.
Breathwork and energy are Rakel's main tools. She is a former international journalist and communication expert from La Sorbonne, since 15 years specialized in stress resilience and breathing. She focuses on awakening the wisdom, intelligence and power embed in your breath to reenergise the body, reprogram the mind, balance emotions and experience a sense of transcendence and expansion of consciousness.
Mindfulness and compassion are Simon's main area of work. He is a psychiatrist, doctor in neuro-psychology, psychotherapist and researcher at the Humboldt University. He explores and teaches the role of presence, emotions, compassion and sociality for mental health, in neurodiverse and general populations. He brings together scientific inquiry, clinical practice at the outmost level.
We are committed to facing the challenges of this time by liberating our full human potential. Through our tools and programs we aim to foster deeper connections and a more conscious, compassionate world. Our guiding principles allow all involved in the Institute to participate with joy, integrity, sense of awe and commitment.
Together, we can create a future rooted in wellbeing, where our shared humanity drives meaningful change.
