Mindfulness and compassion are human capacities we all have within, they are essential endowments of the human mind-body. Mindfulness and  compassion are key building blocks for a good human life, as they bring forth mental health and wellbeing and relational flourishing. When they are weakened our mind turns

The breath, as the foundation of our biology, is both a practical tool for enhancing physical, mental, and emotional resilience and a transformative key to accessing higher awareness and transcendence.

Ancient traditions understood the breath as life force—Prana, Qi—a pulsation that powers the thoughts in our minds and the emotions in our hearts. Movement & Body Intelligence

In a world that glorifies mental speed and constant productivity, we often become disembodied, living from the neck up, disconnected from the very source of our power.

Movement at the Institute goes far beyond exercise. It is a somatic practice of reconnection, awakening the felt sense of the body, recalibrating the nervous system through physical awareness, and restoring the natural flow of energy through muscles, organs, joints, fascia, and breath.

We work with:

  • Conscious movement and micro-movements to unlock tension, stagnation, and frozen emotional patterns held in the body

  • Interoception and proprioception practices to refine perception and deepen presence

  • Embodied mobility, strength, and fluidity to support vitality, resilience, and energetic expansion

Our Team

Rakel Sosa

Breathwork and energy are Rakel's main tools. She is a former international journalist and communication expert from La Sorbonne, since 15 years specialized in stress resilience and breathing. She focuses on awakening the wisdom, intelligence and power embed in your breath to reenergise the body, reprogram the mind, balance emotions and experience a sense of transcendence and expansion of consciousness.

Simon Guendelman

Mindfulness and compassion are Simon's main area of work. He is a psychiatrist, doctor in neuro-psychology, psychotherapist and researcher at the Humboldt University. He explores and teaches the role of presence, emotions, compassion and sociality for mental health, in neurodiverse and general populations. He brings together scientific inquiry, clinical practice at the outmost level.
